Site Settings

These settings let you customize how Nimvue tracks and presents data for your website. You’ll find these options under Settings in the navigation bar of your dashboard.

Site Name

The name used to identify your website within the Nimvue dashboard.

Hostname / Domain

The primary domain of your website (e.g. google.com). This is used to:
  • Filter out self-referrals
  • Ensure accurate attribution of external traffic sources

Currency Symbol

The symbol shown before revenue values in reports.
Default is £.

Scroll Depth Tracking

A comma-separated list of scroll breakpoints (e.g. 25,50,75,100).
These values determine when scroll events are fired and enable Average Scroll Depth metrics.

Search Parameters

Comma-separated query parameters used to detect search behaviour on your site (e.g. q,search,query). Learn more

IP Address Exclusions

Exclude internal traffic by entering up to 10 IP addresses (e.g. office, store locations, etc.).
Events from these IPs will not be tracked.

Conversion Events

A comma-separated list of event types (e.g. trip_booked) that count toward the Conversion and Conversion Rate metrics.

Create custom dimensions for tailored data segmentation. Learn more

Custom Metrics

Build your own metrics using count, sum, or average aggregations.
These metrics can be used across any reports.

Attribution Model

Choose how UTM and Channel data are attributed:
  • Last Click (default): Uses the most recent source for the session
  • First Click: Uses the first source for the visitor and does not change for the duration of the session
