You can view your current monthly usage at any time by going to Account Settings. Usage is calculated daily.

Notifications

Nimvue will notify you via email if:
  • You reach over 90% of your plan’s monthly limit
  • You exceed your plan’s limit

Usage Reset

Plan usage automatically resets on the 1st of every month.

What happens if you go over?

If you exceed your plan limit:
  • Tracking will not be suspended immediately to prevent any data loss.
  • However, you will receive an email warning that tracking may be suspended soon unless the limit is addressed.
This gives you time to upgrade your plan or reduce tracking load before any interruption.
