Nimvue’s Reporting API is available to customers on Business+ plans. It allows you to programmatically access your reporting data - the same data visible in the Nimvue dashboard - in a clean, structured JSON format. This is ideal for teams that want to:
  • Integrate Nimvue data into internal dashboards or BI tools
  • Automate reporting workflows
  • Run custom analysis or data transformations
  • Export data for archival

How to Access the API

Once you upgrade to a Business+ plan, you will receive:
  • API documentation with endpoints and usage examples
  • A set of API keys to authenticate requests
  • Guidance on best practices for using the API
If you’re an existing customer upgrading to Business+, your API credentials and documentation will be emailed to you.

What you can query

The API supports:
  • Filtering and querying event data by dimension (e.g. page path, referrer, device)
  • Date Range filtering, with comparison date ranges
  • Aggregated metrics (e.g. page views, conversions, custom metrics)
  • Filtering by Dimension

Rate Limits & Security

  • API requests are subject to rate limits, which will be outlined in your API documentation.
  • Use of your API key should be kept secure and not exposed in public applications.
  • If you need to regenerate your keys, this can be done by contacting support.
